Returns & Refunds
At Soul Deep Herbs, we take great care in handcrafting each of our blends to support your energy, ritual, and wellbeing. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any consumable products, including teas, herbal smoke blends, and ritual goods.
No Returns on Consumables
Due to hygiene standards and regulatory requirements, once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept returns, even if unopened.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
