Comfrey Leaf (Symphytum officinale)
Comfrey is a sacred healer of bones, skin, and deep tissues, often called “knitbone” in traditional herbalism for its ability to support structural healing and regeneration. Rich in allantoin and grounding earth energy, it’s used externally to promote repair and internally (with guidance) to calm inflammation and rebuild from within.
Energetically, comfrey is about mending what's been broken, physically or emotionally. It helps us re-root after chaos, rebuild after burnout, and restore what’s been frayed by time or trauma.
